Setting up a pension scheme for your new employee is an important part of giving them a good and secure start to their job with your company.
When you hire a new employee, it’s essential that you register them in Pensionsportalen, so Velliv can set up a policy for the employee. Once the policy is established, Velliv will contact the employee with an offer of guidance to ensure that the pension scheme meets their wishes and expectations.
- Inform the employee about your company pension scheme
- Register the employee in Pensionsportalen
- Advise the employee that they can book a meeting
When registering an employee in Pensionsportalen, we need to receive information about:
- Name
- Phone number
- CPR number
- *Address
- Start date of pension scheme
- Pensionable salary
- **Beneficial salary
- Contribution percentage
- Employee group
- Any contractual conditions
*Velliv only needs to know the address in cases where the employee has a protected address, foreign address or is subject to Section 53A.
**Velliv only needs to know the pensionable salary if this is a requirement of the agreement that the employee is signing up to.
